- Pass request form for Site Visit Statement of Work for JTAC Training Dome and Projection System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for 100% small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 335999, Size Standard 500. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KTAB1152A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 effective 4 August 2011. The Government intends to award one (1) contract for two (2) contract line items as follows. *CLIN 0001: Labor and materials to install Dome and Projection System *CLIN 0002: Dome Display and Projection System *(Please see attached Statement of Work for further details of requirement) FOB: Destination Inspection and acceptance: Destination Delivery Date: 30 Days ARO NOTE: Basis of award for proposals will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) 52.237-1, Site Visit; Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Mandatory Site Visit: Be advised that a site visit is mandatory and scheduled for 22 August, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time).
