- Description
- The US Forset Service, Western Montana Acquisition Zone, anticipates awarding a performanced base service contract for the Arthur Carhart National Wilderness Training Center Minimum Requirements Analysis Live (MRALive) course. The contractor will be required to incorporate identified changes to the Minimum Requirements Analysis Live (MRALive) instructor-led online course materials. Incorporate identified changes to the MRALive course content. Deliver the MRALive course to 16 participants, in late spring of 2012, (negotiable) and produce a final report on course effectiveness, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement. The above services require an in-depth understanding of: • Minimum Requirements Analysis process within the FS, BLM, FWS, and NPS • Wilderness Act of 1964 • FS, BLM, FWS, and NPS wilderness policy • relationship between MRA and NEPA requirements • protocols for effective interaction and teaching in the online learning environment It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted by August 15, 2011.
