- Description
- Amendment Document The purpose of this amendment is to: a. Change the contract Period of Performance due to a change in the Government's requirements; hereby changed to begin in accordance with ordering period for CLIN 1001 of 1 October 2011 through 30 Sept 2012. As a result, CLIN 0002 is notated as "Deleted", and shall not be utilized for purposes of evaluation, or contract award. b. By acknowledging reciept of this amendment (as indicated in Block 11), offerors accede that pricing as initially proposed in response to the solicitation, remains in force and effect. If a change in proposed pricing results as a result of this amendment, offerors must notate such changes when returning signed amendment. c. Clause 252.232-7007, Limitation on Government's Obligation is added. d.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
