- Amendment 0007 for FA5209-11-R-0004 Amendment 0007 was issued to incorporate the following changes; (1) Paragraph (b) of Section YCB 002, STATUTORY COST LIMITATION has been deleted in its entirety. (2) Paragraphs (b)(1), (b)(2), (b)(3) and (c) of Section YCH 005, PERFORMANCE BOND have been revised. (3) Paragraph (e) of Section YCH 009, TASK ORDERS has been revised. (4) DFARS 252.225-7045, BALANCE OF PAYMENTS PROGRAM - CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL UNDER TRADE AGREEMENTS in Section I has been updated as of Jun 2011. (5) AFFARS 5352.201-9101, OMBUDSMAN in Section I has been revised. (6) Attachment 5.a. of Statement of Work (SOW) for seed project in Section J has been revised, dated 2 Aug 11. (7) Section YCL 002, DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS has been revised to incorporate paragraph (b). (8) Paragraph I.2.d. of Section YCL 004, PROPOSAL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS has been revised. (9) Paragraph A.3.k. of YCM 001, BASIS FOR CONTRACT AWARD has been deleted in its entirety. Note: Attachment 5a and 5d will not be posted on FedBizOpps. The documents will be distributed only to the offerors who submitted initial proposals by 25 Jul 11.
