- THIS NOTICE IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY ONLY. INTERESTED AND AVAILABLE PARTIES PLEASE REPLY. Contract conference facility and hotel for the purposes of conducting Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command Third Location Decompression from 28 Oct 11 - 20 Nov 11. Event will be conducted in (3) iterations within the stated date windows. Individual events consist of approximately (45) participants and (15) support staff (60 individual rooms total). Specific area has not yet been established however, areas of interest include: San Francisco, CA; Palm Springs, CA; Las Vegas, NV; Pheonix, AZ. Hotel must be located at least 35 miles away from the metropolitan area and within a rural setting. Facility must have restricted access, which excludes non-resort patrons and where entry points are under hotel staff observation. Hotel/Resort facility requirements: a) Hotel must be capable of expediting check-in/out of large parties. Preference should be given to hotels with established standards for the check-in/out process or hotels willing to create priority service for guests of the event. b) Hotel must have dining facilities available to support staff personnel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch and dinner will be a personal expense for support staff personnel. c) Hotel with full access to the following support services and facilities as part of non-severable event usage fee: - Gym/fitness center. - Indoor and/or outdoor pool facilities. - Locations to run within facility and grounds. - Internet service (wireless or wired in conference room, admin/support room, and each individual room). - Parking sufficient for all conference attendees (approximately four vans). - Pub and Grill / Restaurant. - Golf course on or near the premises - Laundry facilities or services on the facility. d) (1) Large conference room per event. e) (1) Large conference room subdivided into a minimum of 2 smaller Rooms per event.
