- N otification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District to issue one sole source award for a firm fixed priced simplified acquisition procurement purchase order to Millington Lockwood., located in Buffalo, NY under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b). This order is to procure design and parts for Herman Miller office system products in order to reconfigure the Buffalo District's office spaces. Millington Lockwood is the only authorized Government Dealer of Herman Miller products in the Buffalo, NY area.
