- The Army Contracting Command Picatinny (ACC-Picatinny), on behalf of theProject Manager Office Ground Combat Vehicle (PM-GCV), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ07806-5000 is contemplating award of a Time and Material type contract for program support services to be awarded on a sole source basis to The ATS Group, LLC, 200 Federal Street, suite 219, Camden, NJ 08103. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement via email no later than the closing time/date of this announcement, August 23, 2011 by 4:00pm Eastern Time.
