- The Contractor will provide marketing and project management services to execute the National Guard WWE Promotional Marketing Program. The intent for this program is to increase market share within the male and female, aged 18-34, recruiting markets, and brand the ARNG as a partner within the community. The final plan will incorporate current advertising artwork, and develop new creative initiatives. The task order will provide media placements, promotional items, and branding campaigns, to support the Advertising and Marketing Branch of NGB -ASM.
