- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole sourced to Dynetics, Inc., CAGE 7L855, under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). This acquisition is for Full Night Vision Detector Standards Systems and Alignment Collars. Period of performance is 12 months after contract award. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The provisions of FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 apply to this order. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. All requests shall be in writing.
