- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army intends to procure 12 each (ea) non-standard commercial exportable equivalent PVS-10 GEN II NTE 1400 FOM Night Vision Weapon Sight with 8.5X for use on the M24A2 for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case S4-B-UZZ.
