- The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), National Conservation Training Center (NCTC), Division of Facility Operations (FO) in Shepherdstown, West Virginia has a requirement for 50 each quarried and customized slabs of black slate to be used as tablets and plaques for the NCTC Memorial Wall. The specifications and a referencing sketch of the template are detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ No. F11PS01145) and will be available for viewing/printing at https://ideasec.nbc.gov./j2ee/login.jsp on or about August 3, 2011. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
