- Section(s) B -- M Section A -- SF 1449 The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (hereinafter "OCC") a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury, is the primary regulator of all nationally chartered banking institutions. The OCC is responsible for promoting the safety and soundness of the country's national banking system and maintaining its competitiveness, efficiency, integrity and stability in the financial marketplace. The execution of the core OCC mission occurs through national bank examinations. The Continuing Education Department (hereinafter "CE") has a requirement for the provision of bank examination course instruction services. The solicitation number CC-11-HQ-R-0011 and is provided herein at Federal Business Opportunities (hereinafter "FBO") at www.fbo.gov. This acquisition will be a one-hundred percent (100%) small business set-aside. Multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity awards for one (1) year base period and two (2) option periods each of twelve (12) months will be made as firm fixed price pursuant to FAR Part 16.202 Please note that all interested parties to this pre-solicitation notice and subsequent solicitation CC-11-HQ-R-0011 must have a Tax Identification Number (hereinafter "TIN") or Employer Identification Number (hereinafter "EIN") available at www.irs.gov, Data Universal Numbering System (hereinafter "DUNS") available at www.dnb.com, be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (hereinafter "CCR") available at www.ccr.gov, and have a completed Representations and Certifications (hereinafter "Reps and Certs") available online at http://orca.bpn.gov.
