- Request for Quotation package It is the intent of the General Services Administration to have carpeting removed and replaced in courtroom #753 in the Thomas S. Foley Federal Building located in Spokane, Washington. There is a site visit scheduled for Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 9:30 AM Pacific Time. Participants of the site visit will meet with Mr. Andy Andruzak, GSA Project Manager, in the main first floor lobby of the Thomas S. Foley Federal Building 920 W. Riverside Ave, Spokane, WA 99201. Vendors interested in offering are highly encouraged to attend this site visit for a thorough understanding of this requirement. Any and all questions arising from the site visit and/or the solicitation shall be forwarded to my attention only not later than Wednesday, August 17, 2011 by 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Quotations are due back to me no later than Thursday, August 25, 2011 by 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Quotations may be mailed (904 W. Riverside, Room 135, Spokane, WA 99201), faxed (509-353-2413), emailed (chad.santone@gsa.gov) or hand delivered. Contractors interested in submitting an offer shall complete this Schedule (Page 2 of SF18), and fill out the Annual Representations and Certifications (section k). Contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractors Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Contract Award. Contractors may register in CCR by going to www.ccr.gov.
