- Solicitation Drawing 7 Drawing 6 Drawing 5 Drawing 4 Drawing 3 Drawing 2 Drawing 1 Wage Determination Terrace, Gradient Specification Grassed Waterway Specification Specifications USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project for the mitigation of a waterway located in Hill County, TX. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct grassed waterways, diversions, earthfill an existing waterway and vegetate the constructed waterways. The work shall consist of: preparing the access and campsite; stripping and stockpiling the topsoil from the existing waterway and constructed waterway areas; performing excavation and earthfill activities to achieve the specified grades and limits of the waterways; earthfilling the existing waterway to natural grade; performing excavation and earthfill activities to achieve the specified grades and limits of the deversions; and install Hide-A-Bales, perform seed bed preparation, seed designated areas and hay mulch. Price Range: Less than $25,000.00
