- Force mbu-19 P Hood Assembly. The Strap and Drink Tube Assemblies shall be in accordance with design control reference 210-20049, Rev E. The corresponding National Stock Number (NSN) is 8475-01-331- This acquisition is for the procurement of 3000 Strap and Drink tube Assembly, which are used on the Air 6765. This item requires manufacturers to be considered qualified as an Approved Source. The ESA at Brooks Air Force Base responsible for qualifying prospective contractors. The following manufacturers are considered "approved sources" ILC Dover, Cage-74897, B&B Precision Components, Inc Cage-1N108 and Allied Materials & Equipment Co. Inc., Cage-34500. First Article Inspection is required and three samples shall be examined for visual and dimensional conformance by DCMA Government Representative according to all requirements listed on end item drawings. After review by DCMA Government Representative, all three samples should be sent to DSCP for leak test. A firm fixed price Contract is suitable for this procurement, and the solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set aside. The Strap and Drink Tube Assemblies shall be delivered FOB Destination 210 days after award to New Cumberland, Pa and San Joaquin Ca. The anticipated solicitation date is August 5, 2011. Solicitation will be posted on https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Detailed system requirements and instruction for registration can be found on the DLA DIBBS Home Page accessed on https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. A few highlights of the information that will be found include: 1.) On the DLA Internet Bulletin Board System (DIBBS) Home Page, click the VENDOR REGISTRATION link to begin the registration process. 2.) In order to register for access to secure portions of DLA DIBBS, the company you are representing must already be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) system. 3.) A Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code is registration will be processed immediately. A User ID will appear on the registration screen and password will be sent separately to the email address of the super user. If a CAGE is already registered on DLA DIBBS, the name and email address of the super user will be provided. The super user should be contacted to set up additional accounts logons and passwords for their CAGE. *If your cage has already been registered on DIBBS, the name and email address of the person designated as your super user will be provided. * The representative who starts the DIBBS registration process has the option to accept their CCR registration POC as the DIBBS super user, or they can designate themselves of another person to act as the super user for the CAGE. 8The super user acts as the account administrator for a CAGE. They can add up to ninety-eight additional users, provide user IDs and passwords, modify existing users and control the login status of each user for their CAGEs through My Account(Account maintenance).
