- This solicitation is a Request for Proposals to develop an electrically powered oxygen generator which will produce at least 3 liters per minute of at least 90% oxygen. The generators will be transportable by a single person, weigh no more than 22 pounds, and the generator will have battery back-up capability. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business. Offerors must be actively registered in CCR under NAICS 333912. Solicitation will be released and posted August 15, 2011. Proposals are due September 14, 2011. Please refer to Solicitation W81XWH-11-R-0362 for particulars.
