Description: Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG) Contract: The government is issuing this Request For Information (RFI) as a Competitive 100 percent Small Business (SB) Set-Aside to solicit information for the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARSYSCOM) for Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG) at Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC), Twenty-nine Palms, CA; I MEF Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, CA; II MEF Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC; Special Operations Training Group (SOTG) III MEF, Camp Hansen MCB Okinawa, Japan and other training locations including Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MWTC), Bridgeport, CA; Hawthorne Weapons Army Depot (HWAD), Hawthorne, NV; Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, VA; and Marine Corps Base (MCB) Kaneohe Bay, HI. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511-Custom Computer Programming Services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, consumables, equipment, and transportation necessary to support Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG) Contract with Subject Matter Expertise and Instruction. The anticipated MCTOG contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) service contract awarded on a best value/trade-off basis. Initial award will be for a period beginning 1 June 2012 for all requirements. This effort is a follow-on effort to contracts M67854-08-C-8017, M67854-10-C-8088 and. M67854-11-C-8079. *********************************************************** A Pre-Proposal Conference Site Visit is scheduled at the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG)/Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC), Twenty-nine Palms, CA on 23 August 2011. Initial guest reception will be at MCTOG HQ Building Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group, 1982T1 11th St., Twentynine Palms, CA 92278.
