- Brand Name Letter for Sony Comcorders and Accessories Solicitation for Sony Camcorders and Accessories This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation on FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov). This is a Brand name requirement for Sony Camcorders and accessories. Solicitation FA4620-11-Q-A109 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 12 & 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. This acquisition is unrestricted under other than full and open competition. Unit Small Business Specialist is Michael P. Gilbert (509-247-4880); link to USAF Small Business, http://www.selltoairforce.org; link to SBA http://sba.gov. Fairchild AFB has a requirement to purchase Camcorders with miscellaneous accessories as stated in the pricing schedule (Attachment 1).
