Description
This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Grason-Stadler. The requirement is for the purchase and installation of a AudioMetric Six Man Booth for the Department of Preventive Medicine, Army Hearing Program located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310. The proposed requirement and certification of sound proof OSHA requirements. This includes perimeter around the booth and test locations. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No compatibles or substitutes accepted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Parties interested in the future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certification to clearly meet requirements stated below.
