- August 03, 2011This synopsis is to advise industry that SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends toissue Request for Proposal N65236-11-R-0083 for Cyber Intelligence andInformation Operations (CI2O) support services. Typical tasks to be supported under this procurement will be related todelivering capabilities to operate, secure and defend the network and data insupport of the warfighter's mission. The Cyber Intelligence and InformationOperations (CI2O) Portfolio brings a close coupling between engineering,development and operational services focused on computer network defense(CND), computer network exploitation (CNE), and computer network attack(CNA). These efforts are intended to enable U.S. forces to maneuver in thecyber domain while denying the adversary's ability to maneuver in this domain. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 541330 with a size standard of$27M. Government estimate for this effort is approximately $99 million. Thissolicitation will be an 8(a) small business set-aside. The contractor will betasked to accomplish the work as specified in the PWS. A performance based,indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated withprovisionsfor cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price and fixed price incentive (firmtargets)orders.
