Approved Source: Lord Corp (CAGE 76005). Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. DLA does not currently have an approved technical package available for this NSN. IAW QAP FCA. Requested delivery is 366 days after receipt of order. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Item is a Critical Safety Item. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicited Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. The quantity is 1339 each. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and otherevaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
