- The Mission Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, Georgia intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Tech Systems, Inc. at Duluth, GA to provide and install an infant protection security system for the Eisenhower Army Medical Center (EAMC), with software and hardware that will be integrated into the existing security system and monitored for one year. Included are the following items: Hugs Patient Security Software Pack Qty 1 Each Installation of the Hugs Patient Security Software Pack Qty 1 Each The authorization for this non-competitive award is FAR Part 6.302-1. Interested concerns may identify their interest and submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to provide the required equipment. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals/quotes. No solicitation is available; therefore, request for such document will be considered invalid response. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Inquiries must be in writing and must reference Solicitation No. 0010074192. All questions should be directed to Julie L. Frank, Contract Specialist, julie.frank@us.army.mil. Response due date is 11 August 2011. If no affirmative responses are received by 4:00 pm on 11 August 2011, the Contracting Officer will proceed to issue a contract with Tech Systems, Inc. at Duluth, GA.
