- Signed Sole Source Letter. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 673rd Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska intends to award a sole source purchase order to Microfit, Inc.which will be providing Fitness Profile software to upgrade an existing Microfit software at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is 5 August 2011. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing with complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 4 Aug 2011at 12 pm Alaskan Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 4 Aug 2011 at 12:00 PM Alaskan Standard Time. For information regarding this purchase, please contact B.
