- Pre-solicitation notice for Cable Assemblies The Government intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract for 3,360 each Cable Assemblies to Thales Communications, Inc, 22605 Gateway Center Drive, Clarksburg, MD 20871, CAGE: 23386. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer (Thales Communication, Inc.). The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). Solicitation W911N2-11-R-0075 date: O/A 15 August 2011, Closing date: O/A 15 September 2011. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. CBDNet numbered note 22 applies.
