- THREE MILE FUELS REDUCTION PROJECTThis solicitation is open to BLM Fuels IDIQ contract holders.This contract will be to shred/mulch vegetation under the Tri-State 138kv Powerline in Rio Blanco County, an area that is a mix of pinyon and juniper and sagebrush. The object of this contract is to reduce the threat to this powerline from wildland fire by grinding the vegetation under and adjacent to powerline.
