- This is an amendment to the pre-solicitation synopsis for W913FT-11-T-0083 posted on 28 July 2011. The description is change to read: The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bogota intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Company to provide Paveway Parts for training the Air Force Military in Colombia. The requirement includes the parts and training personnel. The proposed action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals within five (5) days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
