- Revised Synopsis for the C-21 Extension Effort Attached is a synopsis for the C-21 CLS extension effort. Please note this a sole source effort, the applicable J&A will be posted at a later date. The Air Force intends to negotiate with only ONE source. The applicable solicitation for this scope of work was FA810604R0003, the resulting contract from this solicitation was FA8106-05-C-0001. The Air Force intends to extend this contract (FA8106-05-C-0001) two years through a sole source effort. All terms and conditions for this extension effort will be in accordance with contract FA8106-05-C-0001 awarded on 26 Jan 05. The purpose of this synopsis is to synopsize the additional work for the out years that were not previously included in the original contract synopsis for contract FA8106-05-C-0001. This does not impact the competitive acquisition for the C-21 CLS contract which is being solicited under FA810611R0002.
