- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The 177th Fighter Wing has a requirement to procure Crushed Gray Stone to be delivered to the Warren Grove Range located at MM 7.5 Rte 539, Warren Grove NJ 08087 as described below: " Clean Crushed Gray Stone- Qty- 3,050 Tons 1 " to 2 " Clean Crushed Gray Stone- Qty- 3020 Tons Stone is to be delivered in truck load quantities of 25 tons per load. In addition, for environmental reasons, stone must be "natural" to the area within close proximity to the Warren Grove Range. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423810-Construction and Mining (except oil well) machinery and equipment merchant wholesalers. Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. It is the firm's or individual's responsibility to be familiar with applicable provisions and clauses. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
