- Statement of Work The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Honeywell International Inc. 400 Calle C Ste 100, Guaynabo, PR 00968-8042. Request for quote(s) will be solicited only from Honeywell International Inc. due to the Honeywell system being a proprietary system allowing only certified Honeywell technicians to service and perform repairs to the system and to be on-site within four hours of notification This is for the purpose of requesting the services of a licensed and bonded security contractor to provide a maintenance contract for the security system located at the IRS San Patricio office building in San Juan, PR. The maintenance contract will cover all aspects of the IRS Security system to include: 1. Keycard Access Control System 2. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) 3. Duress Alarm System 4. Closed Circuit Television Systems (CCTV) 5. ID Media Badging System.
