- Notice of Intent for Purchase of Wool Blankets This Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action for a non-competitive acquisition to be awarded by Lackland AFB TX to Northwest Woolen Mills for Wool Blanket Purchase. The award will be issued against Standard Industrial Classification Code - 2231, NAICS code - 313210, and the related Small Business Standard - 1000 The delivery dates will be 30 days after receipt of award. This notice is for announcement only and serves to provide interested parties an opportunity to respond to the agency's requirements. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP); nor does its issuance restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition. All questions or responses to this announcement shall be directed to the contract specialist, SFC LaNiece E.
