- The Fleet Logistics Center, Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm, fixed price supply type contract for shipboard habitability work. The contractor will be required to supply and install items throughout various shipboard locations. A date for a site visit will be listed in the forthcoming solicitation. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The commercial solicitation, N00406-11-T-0941, will be issued on or about 4 August 2011. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: www.neco.navy.mil Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of a firm to access the posted documents. This office will not maintain a bidder ™s mailing list. No telephone or fax requests for the solicitation package or amendments will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for solicitation closing may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by FLCPS.
