- Soap Grit The standing quote will be for the period of one year not to exceed $150,000. The requirements are estimates only and no guarantee is given as to the dollar amount to be purchased. Award will be in the aggregate by National Stock Number (NSN) to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government. The request for quote (RFQ) closes on 8/8/2011 at 4:00 PM CST. The maximum age on delivery is seven (7) months from the date of manufacture is required. Please read the IPD carefully. All questions should be addressed to cheryl.applewhite@gsa.gov.
