- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) # F4D3D91194AG09. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submit written offers - quote template sheet provided upon request. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 and DFARS Change Notice 20110725. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 423730 and Size Standard 100 apply to this procurement. Project Number: F4D3D91194AG09 Project Title: Programmable Thermostats 1. Quote shall conform to the CLIN structure as established in this synopsis/solicitation. A quote template sheet is available upon request. 2. Quotes shall be valid until 30 September 2011. 3. All questions or comments must be provided to the Purchasing Agent in writing; telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. The Purchasing Agent is Kristin Baily, Kristin.Baily@vandenberg.af.mil. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with the following structure (See attached Statement of Work to include list of facilities): CLIN 0001: Programmable Thermostat, model Honeywell RTH7500D or EQUAL. Price to include installation. Format: Thermostat @ $______ (unit price of each thermostat) + installation @ $________ (cost for installation for each thermostat) = $______ (Total cost of thermostat and installation for one unit) X 172 EA = $________ (Total Cost of thermostats + Installation) *Note: Material Submittals (cut sheets, product data, etc.) must be submitted with quote for any model thermostat proposed (See Statement of Work # 5). Estimated Period of Performance is 6 Months.
