- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PF-702 9,000 sheet paper capacity (2ea 1,500 sheets Main Unit FD-503 Folding /2-3 Hole Punch Unit 3ea up to 6,000 sheets PF702) RU-506 Relay Unit Internal Print Controller/160GB Hard Drive with HDD removal kit. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 September 2011 through 31 August 2012. CLIN 0002: BASE YEAR-COPIER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (2 EA), 12 MO: Includes 100,000 b/w printed pages per month and all Drums, Toner, Parts and Labor 8-5 Monday thru Friday.
