- RFP Amendment - CLARIFICATIONS There was some confusion regarding the amended RFP. See the information below to clarify any questions. 1. We are not asking for anything more and/or different in the amended RFP. Section M from the original RFP included all the information that is now in both Sections L and M. Section L is reorganized so vendors can better understand how their proposals will be evaluated. 2. The NOPA In the option section can be pumped with any energy 1mJ - 6 mJ at the discretion of the responder. 3. A system with the capability of 100 Hz operation may be rated higher for evaluation purposes, but this is not required for submission. 4. Responders should provide a list of references for similar products. The government will solicit information from these, and at our discretion additional sources, to evaluate past performance. 5. We require specifications only, at time of submission. Data will be furnished to NIST before acceptance of delivery.
