- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Camp Pendleton, CA, intends to issue a sole source contract to Harris Corporation, Rochester, NY 14610 USA, Phone: (585) 720-8626 to purchase seven REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM, FIII MP, Harris P/N: RF-7800R-RC013 (NAICS 334220) under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This Notice Of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. However, all quotes received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within 10 days after publication of this notice, a sole source contract to Harris Corp will be issued.
