- Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from the website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes. This is a new requirement. No previous procurement history is available. Offeror shall provide all management, labor, equipment, transportation, materials, tools, and supplies necessary to perform refurbishment on two (2) 10,000 gal. (approximately 40'x8'x10'). Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) located at bldg. 535 Fort Shafter Gas Station, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Perform work in accordance with standard commercial practices. Remove and dispose content in accordance with Federal and State regulations. Utilize products and materials made from biobased materials (e.g. biobased cleaners, biobased degreasers to the maximum extent practical without jeopardizing the intended end use or detracting from the overall quality delivered to the end user. 1.1. Refurbishment. The Contractor shall sandblast two (2) 10,000 gal. ASTs (approx. 40' x8'x10'). Following sandblasting, the contractor shall apply a rust inhibitor and a two-part epoxy coating or a specialized fiber coating in accordance with Federal and State regulations. 1.2.
