- Description
- The General Services Administration originally leased 12,000 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of space for a child care center at 365 Bridge Street, Brooklyn, NY for a period of 10 years firm with the Government having the right to renew for two (2) additional 5-year terms. The Government also requested a tenant improvement allowance of $636,720.00. The Government is now changing the terms to 13,452 RSF and increasing the term to 15 years firm with one (1) 5-year renewal option and requesting a tenant improvement allowance of $2,039,310.00. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
