- The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to award an order to Nature Publishing Group, 75 Varick Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10013. This order is to provide on-line nature journal subscriptions and archive sets for the period of October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. This order is being awarded directly to Nature Publishing because access to these publications is needed by NSF program officers in order to help them evaluate grant proposals, find possible grant reviewers, and keep up-to-date in their fields of scientific expertise and full-text electronic access to the 'Nature' journals is believed to be available only from the publisher. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration by the agency demonstrating an ability to provide these or equivalent services. Capability statements are due to the Contracting Officer listed in this announcement no later than August 9, 2011.
