Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the approximately 6,325 rentable square feet which shall yield a minimum 5,000 ANSI/BOMA ABOA square feet, to a maximum of 5,700 ANSI/BOMA ABOA square feet. A minimum of 11 reserved parking spaces for government owned vehicles (GOVs) shall be made available with the offered space. Public parking to accommodate approximately 33 Full Time Employees (FTEs) should also be available either in the proposed building parking, or nearby (within 1/4 mile) public parking facility. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The space must be located in Newark, New Jersey. Occupancy: Occupancy is required no later than September 15, 2011.
