- SYNOPSIS FOR VARIOUS FITTINGS - HOSE PIPE, TUBE, AND FASTENING MATERIALS DLA Maritime Puget Sound & IMF is issuing a solicitation and subsequently a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Various Fittings - Hose Pipe, Tube, and Fastening Materials in support of the USS Ronald Reagan. Requirements: The various Fittings - Hose Pipe, Tube, and Fastening Materials in support of the USS Ronald Reagan include but are not limited to the following: Hanger, Pipe, 1-1/4 NPS with rubber liner and 12 leg, Type 1; Hanger, Pipe, 1 NPS with rubber liner and 12 leg, Type 1; Hanger, Pipe, NPS with rubber liner and 12 leg, Type 1; Hanger, Pipe, NPS with rubber liner and 12 leg, Type 1; Hanger, Pipe, 1/4 OD 35B; Elbow, 3 , Cres; Hanger, NPS, Type 38, 12 long, ASTM-A36, Steel, W/1/4 in Non-Asbestos wrap; Elbow, Pipe, 1 ; Elbow, 3-1/2 NPS; Union Thread-piece; Elbow, 90 Deg; Reducer; Boss; Insert, Reducing; Coupling, 3000 PSI; Elbow, 90 Deg; Tee, Reducing; Thermo well; Bushing, 400 PSI; Tailpiece; Tee, Pipe; Adapter; Union; Sleeve; Nipple; Union Tailpiece; Valve, Swing-Check; Outlet Branch; Deck Drain; and Flange, Pipe. Delivery: F.O.B Destination The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 33111 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside and only qualified quoters may submit quotes. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website https://www.neco.navy.mil/. Prospective quoters are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the quoter to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. The solicitation shall be posted on or about 02 August 2011 with a response date of on or about 06 August 2011. The buyer will NOT provide a hard copy of the Solicitation package. Quoter must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before an award can be made to them. If the quoter is not registered in the CCR, it may do so through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov.
