- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Superfund Remediation & Technology Innovation (OSRTI), Environmental Reponse Team (ERT), under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Rules (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Robertson Geologging USA, Inc. for purchase of a Micrologger II with video capability installed and related equipment.NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE. The RG micrologger has been selected to allow compatibility with downhole geophysical tools already owned that are manufactured by RG. If another micrologger were purchased, the existing tools would not be compatible and additional expense would be incurred replacing the existing downhole tools.Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herin may submit a response, which if received within 15 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing to the email address provided below. A determination not to compete the proposed Purchase Order based upon responses is solely within the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b).
