- The solicitation number FA9301-11-M-D015. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (FRQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20100810. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 7290. NAICS is 335224 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The AFFTC, Edwards Air Force Base, Ca is seeking to purchase the following items. -10 Maytag model # MHN30PRAWW or equal to commercial grade front load washers. Washers are to be: 1. Energy star rated 2. Non coin operation 3. Front controls easy touch cycle 4. Large capacity for bulky items (3.2)cu.ft 5. High speed extraction 6. Large window 7. Flexible wash options 8. Automatic detergent softener and bleach dispenser drawer 9. Self-Diagnostic feature 10. Electrical requirements 120V/60Hz -10 Maytag model # MDG25PRAWW or equal to commercial grade front load gas dryers. Dryers are to be: 1. Extra Lg 6.7 cu ft 2. Microprocessor controlled and non-coin operation 3. Four roller suspension with permanently lubricated bearing 4. Easy to use one touch cycle selection with time remaining display 5. Large window for viewing 6. Electrical requirements 120V/60Hz 15 Amps
