Attachment 8, Site Visit Attendees Sign-in Sheet. 3. Questions and Answers from the Site Visit / Solicitation. Deadline for questions: Any further questions shall be submitted to both Kristine.Lundblad@patrick.af.mil AND Scott.Syring@patrick.af.mil no later than 10 days prior to the proposal closing date. This will allow questions to be answered in a timely manner and not to jeopardize the proposal closing date/time of 1:00 pm on 16 August 2011. SOLICITATION ANOUNCMENT: The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the release of the solicitation FA2521-11-R-0045 to Replace lift station 1381 at Patrick Air Force Base, FL. Project consists of providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to replace lift station 1381: demolish the existing sanitary sewage lift station, facility 1381, including building structure. Replace with a new in-ground package unit. To be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, drawings and contract. *A PRE-BID SITE VISIT will be held at 2:00pm ET Tuesday, 26 July 2011. Please be sure to review both section L-2 and attachment 7 of the attached Solicitation Document for further instructions. Period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date is 15 July 11 with a proposal closing date of 16 August 11. The applicable NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 237110/$33.5M. The estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is set aside for HUBZone. Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website.
