- The US Army Contracting Command has a Foreign Military Sales requirement for the following commercial items to support the Government of Philippines' request for a Sole Source Procurement to Case Construction Equipment (CNH America, CAGE: 10988): Tractor Dozers, NSN: 3805-00-00E-ARTJ, Spare Parts, NSN: 9K8A-00-SPT-EQSP, Service manuals, NSN: 0000-NS-BBK-PUB0. This requirement will be solicited as a onetime requirement with (3) three unexercised options. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 17, 2011 and responses will be due 15 calendar days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
