- NOTICE OF INTENT REQUEST # W23MWP1047S003 (W91ZLK11T0284) The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Installation Division, 4118 Susquehanna Ave, APG, MD 21005 intends to award on a sole source contract to Practice Greenhealth, 1901 N Moore St STE 509, Arlington, VA 22209-1700 a contract for membership into said organization. Membership within this health care community network will include webinar subscription for training seminars, member's only publications, on-line tools and resources. Also included are direct consulting in the implementation of sustainable programs, with assessment, data collection, benchmarking and goal setting. The contract will be for a base year and two (2) option years. Practice Greenhealth is proprietary. Interested parties may identify their interest in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 03:00 PM, Eastern Time, August 5, 2011. Telephone responses will not be accepted. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the government to: Sandra.j.kennedy14.civ@mail.mil with the solicitation number referenced in the subject line.
