- Design/Build Services for the Renovation of B903 - USDOE NETL Pittsburgh, PA. Please click on link to FEDCONNECT for complete solicitation. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Monday, August 8, 2011 at 9:30am (EST). Participants will meet at the Security/Reception Area at the NETL Pittsburgh, PA facility, located at 3610 626 Cochrans Mill Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. If planning to attend, please provide the Contract Specialist with a list of participants from your company no later than 4pm Thursday, August 4, 2011. All participants shall possess valid identification and be a U.S. Citizen. Those taking pictures will need to obtain a controlled article pass from NETL security prior to the beginning of the site visit. When registering, please notify the Contract Specialist if you will be bringing a camera.
