- Statement of Work for Education Advisor- Will be solicited for base plus 4 option years Nonpersonal Services: Education Advisor at Barksdale AFB's Education Center. The work to be performed at the Education Center shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The base period of performance will be 1 October 2011 through 30 September 2012, with four, one-year option periods, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 611710 and the corresponding size standard is $7 Million. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial format, Request for Proposals. The Service Contract Act will apply. The anticipated issue date is 15 August 2011. The anticipated Offeror Proposal Due Date is 15 September 2011. The solicitation will be available only via Federal Business Opportuities (FBO). No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation.
