- The DISA/DITCO/PL8324 contracting office intends to award a sole source contract to Internet Systems Consortium for the renewal of the Berkely Internet Name Daemon (BIND) Forum membership for DISA. The procurement is authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS for this requirement is 541519 and the applicable SIC is U002. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Any company that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer not later than 1000 Hours CDST, 4 August 2011. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. A Justification/Rationale has been attached for this purchase. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
