- BLM has requirement for removal and replacement of a fence in Bowman Co N.D. It requires furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to remove, dispose and replace 2 to 3 segments of an existing fence depending on availability of funds. Please see entire solicitation including all attachments for specifications and details. Please note there are two pricing schedules attached. Please complete both pricing schedules. Only one schedule will be awarded depending on availability of funding. Work is anticipated to begin on or around September 19, 2011. A Notice to Proceed will be issued prior to the start of work. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $150,000. Payment protection for award of $30,000 or more is required within ten (10) days of nofication of intent to award. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 238990. The size standard is $14.0 Central Contracting Registreation and Online Reps and Certs registration are required.
